New study shows 90% of women lack essential nutrients for baby making

A recent study has found that 9 out of 10 women who are trying for a baby have low levels of vitamins that are essential for a healthy pregnancy. These include nutrients such as folate, riboflavin, vitamin B12 and vitamin D. 

What we learn from the study is just how important a good diet is for giving our bodies the nutrients we need.
