Product availability shown on the Website is not guaranteed. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Affirm Health Ltd in accordance with these Terms. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order but before your order has been accepted, we may cancel the affected Product or order and refund any payment received.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Packaging, labelling and product appearance may vary from those shown on the Website.
Information provided on the Website, including articles, guides, educational content, product recommendations and Find Your Formula, is provided for general information purposes only.
Recommendations generated through Find Your Formula are based solely on the information you provide and are intended to help identify Products that may be appropriate for your current stage. They are not personalised medical advice and should not replace consultation with your doctor, pharmacist, midwife or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Our Products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual nutritional needs and health circumstances vary, and results may differ from person to person.

Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the applicable local currency and include VAT (or any equivalent sales tax) where required by law, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated separately and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate. However, despite these efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a Product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to explain the situation and provide the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel your order. Placing an Order

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement Email confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent for information purposes only and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Affirm Health Ltd.
We will normally accept your order by sending you a Dispatch Confirmation Email confirming that your Products have been dispatched. At that point, a legally binding contract is formed between you and Affirm Health Ltd.
Until your order has been accepted, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel it for any reason permitted under these Terms.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during checkout, including your billing details, delivery address and contact information, is accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs arising from incorrect information supplied by you.
Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse Service
Affirm Health Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where this is reasonably necessary to protect our customers, our business or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Products becoming unavailable before dispatch;
- pricing, promotional or technical errors on the Website;
- payment authorisation being declined or unable to be verified;
- suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;
- suspected resale or commercial purchasing where Products are intended for consumer use only;
- incorrect or incomplete customer information preventing fulfilment;
- legal or regulatory restrictions affecting the sale or delivery of a Product;
- circumstances where we reasonably believe that accepting the order would be inappropriate or unlawful.
Where an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable.
We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of products that may be purchased in a single order or by an individual customer where reasonably necessary to protect product availability, prevent misuse of promotions or support fair purchasing across our customer base. Such limits may be applied on a temporary or ongoing basis at our discretion.

Delivery
We deliver Products to the destinations listed on the Website. Delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable delivery charges are set out in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where applicable.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we fail to deliver your products within 30 days of the Dispatch Confirmation Email, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order. Ownership of the Products passes to you once full payment has been received.
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the parcel where applicable, we reserve the right to charge any additional delivery costs incurred before resending the order.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Proceive.com.
You may return your order by informing us in writing within 14 days of delivery by contacting us through our Contact Form or email us directly at info@proceive.com. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically through our Online Withdrawal Form.
In accordance with consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed, opened, or tampered with after delivery due to health protection and hygiene reasons
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended if it has entered our fulfilment process. As orders are processed promptly, we are unable to guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated. Where an order cannot be cancelled, any request to return the products will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Our Returns Policy explains your rights to cancel an order, return eligible Products and request a refund, together with details of any applicable conditions, exclusions and timeframes.
Where a product is returned because it is damaged, defective, incorrect or subject to a verified quality concern, we will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.
To help us investigate product quality concerns, we may ask you to provide additional information, including photographs, batch numbers or the return of the Product where reasonably necessary.
Refunds, where approved, will normally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subscribe & Save
Where available, the Website offers a Subscribe & Save service that allows customers to receive eligible Products on a recurring basis.
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you authorise Affirm Health Ltd to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until your subscription is paused or cancelled.
Details of subscription pricing, billing frequency, eligible Products, cancellation, skipping deliveries and managing your subscription are set out in our Subscribe & Save Terms and Help Centre.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain accurate and up to date throughout the duration of your subscription.
If we are unable to process a recurring payment, we may suspend, delay or cancel future subscription orders until valid payment details are provided.
We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the Subscribe & Save programme, or any aspect of it, including eligible Products, pricing or discounts, provided that any such changes will not affect your statutory rights.

Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Affirm Health Ltd may offer promotions, discount codes, competitions or other special offers through the Website or selected marketing channels.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount;
- discount codes are valid only during the stated promotional period;
- discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit;
- promotions apply only to eligible Products and may exclude selected items, subscription orders, gift cards or other specified categories;
- only one promotional code may be used per order.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion or discount at any time where reasonably necessary, as a result of an obvious technical, pricing or administrative error or is being misused or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
If an order is placed using a promotion that has been obtained fraudulently, used contrary to its intended purpose or otherwise breaches these Terms, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
