We take great care with every order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
If something isn’t as expected, our Customer Care Team is here to help.
Change of Mind
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
Unless otherwise agreed, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket received with your order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and reviewed.
Please note, for health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be accepted for return.
Product / Quality Concerns:
We welcome and review quality concerns from all customers, including those who have purchased through pharmacies, online retailers, Amazon, or directly from Proceive.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you have a concern relating to the quality or condition of a product, please contact us as soon as possible so our Customer Care Team can assist.
To help us investigate, we may request photographs, batch information, proof of purchase, or return of the product for further assessment. Depending on the nature of the issue, a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution may be offered following review.
Where a product return is required as part of our assessment, we will provide guidance on the next steps and advise whether return postage costs will be covered.
How to Return:
To arrange a return, contact us through our Contact Form or email us directly at info@proceive.com
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically through our Online Withdrawal Form. If you use this online function, we will send you confirmation by email without undue delay.
Please include your order number and details of the issue or reason for return in your message, as we may not be able to assist without these details.
We recommend returning items using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
We cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit, so tracked delivery is strongly advised.
Please note, returns, refunds and delivery-related issues can only be processed for orders placed directly through the Proceive website.
If you purchased your product through a pharmacy, Amazon, or another retailer, any return, refund or delivery enquiry should be directed to the original place of purchase, as their policies and procedures will apply.
However, we are happy to review product quality concerns from all customers regardless of where the product was purchased
