We take great care with every order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
If something isn’t as expected, our Customer Care Team is here to help.
Change of Mind
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
Unless otherwise agreed, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket received with your order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and reviewed.
Please note, for health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be accepted for return.
Product / Quality Concerns:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you have a concern relating to the quality or condition of a product, please contact us as soon as possible so our Customer Care Team can assist.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may request photographs, batch information, or return of the product for further review and investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.
Where a return is requested as part of a product assessment, we will advise on the next steps and whether return postage costs will be covered.

Please include your order number and details of the issue or reason for return in your message, as we may not be able to assist without these details.
We recommend returning items using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit, so tracked delivery is strongly advised.
