Returns Information

We take great care with every order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. If something isn’t as expected, our Customer Care team is here to help.

Change of Mind:
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
Unless otherwise agreed, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket received with your order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and reviewed.

Please note, for health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be accepted for return.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

How to Return:
If you are unhappy with your Proceive® product, please contact us through our Contact Us form for next steps or by emailing us directly at info@proceive.com.
Be sure to include your order number and reason for return in your message as we won’t be able to assist without these details.

We recommend returning items using a tracked postal service, and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit, so tracked delivery is strongly advised.
