Purpose of the Role
Proceive is seeking a high‑energy Education & Training Manager to lead healthcare professional (HCP), clinic, retail and internal education. This is a hybrid role with a field element, focused on combining scientific credibility, excellent communication, and digital capability.
The successful candidate will be a qualified nutritionist who is passionate about fertility and women’s (and men’s) health, confident engaging with fertility clinics and healthcare professionals, and comfortable creating educational content across live, virtual and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
HCP & Fertility Clinic Education
- Deliver face‑to‑face and virtual educational meetings to healthcare professionals, including fertility and IVF clinics
- Conduct lunch & learns, practice meetings, clinic presentations and webinars
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with key fertility clinics and HCPs
- Act as a credible scientific expert and brand ambassador for Proceive
- Confidently communicate clinical evidence, formulations, and product benefits in a compliant, balanced manner
Training (Retail, Partners & Internal Teams)
- Design and deliver structured training programmes for:
- Pharmacy & retail partners
- Commercial and customer support teams
- External distribution partners
- Create training materials including slide decks, guides, FAQs and short‑form educational content
- Ensure consistent, accurate product knowledge across all touchpoints
Content Creation & Digital Education
- Create or contribute to educational content for:
- Proceive blog articles
- Social media channels
- HCP‑facing digital materials
- Webinars and online learning resources
- Translate complex nutrition and fertility science into clear, engaging, and compliant content
- Work closely with marketing to support campaigns with evidence‑based educational messaging
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and leadership teams to support brand growth
- Provide field insight and feedback from HCPs and clinics to inform strategy and messaging
- Support key events, conferences and professional education initiatives as required
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Qualified Nutritionist (e.g. UK‑registered or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Experience educating healthcare professionals, clinics or allied health professionals an advantage
- Strong understanding of nutrition science, ideally within fertility, women’s or reproductive health
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Confident delivering education in person and online
- Digitally savvy, with experience creating or contributing to educational content
- Full UK driving licence (or ability to travel extensively)
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK for meetings and training
Desirable
- Experience working with fertility clinics, IVF environments or women’s health brands
- Experience in consumer health, supplements or medical nutrition
- Experience supporting brand or product launches
