By placing a Subscribe & Save order, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency selected until the subscription is paused or cancelled.
Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active and may differ from one-time purchase pricing.
Prices are locked at the time of each scheduled order and may change if product pricing, VAT, or delivery charges are updated. Any changes will apply to future orders only.
You can manage, amend or cancel your subscription at any time via your account before the next scheduled dispatch.
Proceive reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Subscribe & Save service, or subscription pricing, at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical issue, stock availability issue or pricing error, Proceive®reserves the right to cancel, amend or delay an order prior to dispatch.
Promotional codes, offers or multi-buy promotions cannot be applied to Subscribe & Save orders unless explicitly stated.

Subscribe & Save is a product subscription service. It’s an easy and convenient way to save on your Proceive supplements. You’ll receive a 15% discount on each order and your order will be delivered as often as you have selected.

To add a new item to your subscription, log into the Proceive Subscription Portal here. Once on our portal, simply add (or remove) any item that you please.

To amend your subscription, log into the Proceive Subscription Portal here. Once on our portal, select your subscription and then click 'Skip'. This will mean you will not receive a delivery until the next billing month of your subscription. You can also 'reschedule' your subscription for a different date. 

Alternatively, to amend the product selection of your subscription, click “Manage Subscriptions” and select the subscription you would like to edit. Then select "Swap This For A Different Product" and simply choose the product you would like to swap for.

Please note, if you have multiple subscriptions for different products, set up at different stages, you must amend each subscription separately. 

To change your delivery address for your subscription, log into the Proceive Subscription Portal here. Once logged in, please select “Edit Address” on the subscription you would like to update. Simply update your address and we will send your next subscription to this address.

To change your payment details for your subscription, log into the Proceive Subscription Portal here. Once logged in, please select “Edit Payment Method” on the subscription you would like to update.

Simply update your payment method and we will charge your next subscription to this payment method.
